BASIC PLAN

This is a limited preventative health and wellness package only. This plan includes no in-office sick care and only one annual in-office well-check per year for adults. Children have greater access to doctors for well visits and vaccines. Telehealth is included in this plan free of charge.

MEGA PLAN

This is National Health’s most popular plan, offering FREE telehealth services as well as in-office doctors visits for both sick and well care, urgent care access, dental and vision coverage, chiropractic and physical therapy care as well as in-office behavioral therapy options for a small copay.

HEALTHSHARE PLAN

This is National Health’s newest and most comprehensive plan available for an extremely low cost! It includes all Mega Plan coverages as well as extended medical care including: surgery and hospitalization care, accident care, as well as cancer, stroke, and maternity care options.
